Indian Peaks Golf Clubhouse

The Project

This project added to the existing Indian Peaks clubhouse. Community-based spaces were expanded to take in an enlarged outdoor seating and gathering area, along with a new access stair down to the course.

Previously, patrons leaving the golf course had to walk around the clubhouse to the front entrance to reach the lounge and dining facilities. The new configuration gives them seamless access to the new gathering space overlooking the course.

Working conditions for the staff were improved with new office spaces and staff-only restrooms.
