Haven on the Lake Health and Wellness Spa

The Project

Haven on the Lake sits in the redeveloping downtown lakeside district of Columbia, Maryland, and is one of many projects there repurposing an existing building for a new use. The mind-body center provides health and wellness services of all types.

The Spa and CAM areas, for complementary and alternative medicine, offer relaxing spa treatments alongside medical wellness services. The mind-body center was partnered with the Spa and CAM center for ease of operations.

The facility holds group exercise studios, locker rooms, pool and exercise therapy centers, and a wet wellness component with a hot tub, a salt therapy room, a Turkish bath steam room, a tropical shower, and a cold plunge.
