Dane has an established career in managing a variety of project types in numerous industries and is well-known for his work ethic, client service, and communication style. He is motivated by building relationships and maintaining a collaborative process to provide design solutions. Dane serves as a mentor and appreciates team camaraderie. He is responsible for coordinating all disciplines, including engineers, consultants, and the in-house staff. He manages administrative and technical tasks to ensure that clients’ design needs benefit from the most efficient and cost-effective execution of projects.
